Safety & quality

Project controls from planning through turnover.

Plan the work

Address site hazards, work sequencing, occupied-facility access, utility interruptions, and emergency coordination in project planning. Develop the safety and environmental plans required by the contract before the affected work begins.

Control installation quality

Coordinate submittals, materials, trade interfaces, inspections, and testing against contract requirements. Where required, organize quality control around preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections for each definable feature of work.

Document and close out

Track deficiencies and corrective actions through resolution. Coordinate punch lists, testing and commissioning, owner training, as-built information, warranties, and turnover documentation.

Project-specific staffing, safety plans, quality-control plans, and applicable agency requirements are addressed for each contract. Ask us about the documentation required for your procurement.
